Wow! Week 13….
It was very great to learning such good principles
this week in the readings materials which motivate me in my path as a business
management student.
From the article entitle An Attitude of Gratitude of
the April 1992 general conference, by Thomas S. Monson; I have that our
opportunities are limitless, and mothers deserve our undying gratitude. That
true friends out up our idiosyncrasies, that they have a profound influence in
our lives.
From the article entitle Identifying and Exploiting
the Right Entrepreneurial Opportunity…for you? That the pursuit of
opportunities is the essence of entrepreneurship. That the process of
identifying and exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities begins with an idea
that addresses some societal need. So, that entrepreneur must first check the
idea for economic feasibility, and satisfied that it is a realistic
possibility. Entrepreneur must evaluate each opportunity in the context of
their current situations and life plans like:
·
A personal definition of success,
·
Entrepreneurs are fortunate to have
choices,
·
Long term success is not the result of a
series of short term,
·
Each of us lives in web of relationship.
That entrepreneurs operate in environments characterized
by great uncertainty, rapid growth, radical change, and extremely limited
resources. I have learned about the five evaluation criteria, which are:
·
Real ness of the opportunity
·
Durability of the opportunity
·
Marshalling resources
·
Managing the venture
·
Harvesting the venture
Whatever path you take
in the short run, that it is important to consider the longer term impact of your
choice. So, it may close some doors, but it will also open some new ones. That becoming
an entrepreneur will impact your life.
